William Weiss is the founder of QuickClose Homebuyers and has been a leader in the real estate investment space since 2009. Based in McLean, Virginia, William brings a sharp eye for detail, deep expertise in home construction and renovation, and a commitment to exceptional client care. Under his leadership, the team has successfully completed over 500 property transactions across the Washington, D.C. metro area, including both sales and rentals.
In addition to renovating single-family homes, QuickClose has expanded into land acquisition and residential development—subdividing lots and building new homes throughout Virginia.
Prior to founding QuickClose, William held leadership roles for over 15 years in district management, internet operations, and retail real estate improvement. He holds a degree in Business and Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University.
